FH Development is an independent development studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

We may provide, including but not limited to:

• Roblox scripting
• Roblox building and modelling
• UI/UX design
• Custom systems
• Website development
• Bug fixes and maintenance
• Digital assets

Services are provided as described at the time of purchase or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payments are due before work begins.
• Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
• Prices may change without notice for future purchases.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FH Development retains ownership of all source code, assets, templates, and development tools.

• Customers receive a licence to use delivered products.
• Reselling or redistributing our work is prohibited.
• Ownership transfers will be specified in writing.

You may not use our products to:

• Break Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Create exploits, cheats, or malicious software.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property.
• Conduct illegal activities.

We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe a project violates these terms.

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind unless otherwise stated in writing.

FH Development reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time at the discretion of FH Management. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly to ensure they remain aware of any changes. Refusal to follow these terms will result in product revocation. FH Development reserves the right to refuse service and revoke one or more product licences for any applicable reason at their discretion. These decisions may be appealed through any of our official support methods. When completing a purchase, you must agree to these terms and conditions. Any breach may result in termination of your right to use our products. You are responsible for reviewing these terms each time you place an order to ensure you are aware of any updates.
